All payments, refunds and payment related support cases are handled by either 2checkout or Paypal.

FastoAi never store or transfer any credit card information. FastoAi use external payment gateways, PayPal or 2checkout, for e-commerce. PayPal, 2checkout handle card information and use technology that allow the identification of the cardholder, and both meet the requirements of the PCI DSS and CAS and utilize PCI-secured payments.

The information that you enter when purchasing a product from us, including name, card details, personal number, phone number, email address, delivery address, is encrypted and sent to 2checkout.

Free Trial

FastoAi gives you the opportunity to use the service for free. No card required. You can create text for free for a long time. Free plan limit is 1000 words per month. The free plan is designed for every user to try the FastoAi service. Also, the free plan is suitable for users who need to create text sometimes in small volumes.

Subscriptions

Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exacta same conditions unless you cancel it or FastoAi cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting FastoAi customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide FastoAi with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize FastoAi to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, FastoAi will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

Refund Policy and Obligations

FastoAi refunds purchased Plans within seven (7) days of the original purchase of a Plan, provided that the number of words used by you does not exceed 1,000 words for any plan.

You can submit a cancellation request on the same day it was placed. Please note that if you have used up more than 1,000 words in a purchased plan, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request.

If 2Checkout satisfies the refund request, payments are returned as follows:

  • Credit/debit card payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;
  • Bank transfer and check payments will be returned within seven (7) business days and the cost of the transfer will be paid by the end user;
  • PayPal payments will be returned within one (1) business day;

Other payment methods will be returned within five (5) to seven (7) days.

Fair Usage Policy

We expect every user to use FastoAi wisely and responsibly, and there are some restrictions required by OpenAI, our partner company, and it is the responsibility of every user to follow these guidelines mentioned below.

We ensure that our fair use policy allows genuine users to comfortably meet their daily and monthly usage requirements despite meeting certain conditions mentioned below. We also assure that the provision of our services works fairly for everyone and provides the best user experience. This should always mean quality of service for every user on an impartial and fair basis. Excessive use of the service by one user may affect the speed and quality of use by other users.

By using this service, you agree to choose a plan according to your profession and business size. If you have very high usage, you should upgrade to the next higher plan or request a custom plan from us or use our business API.

The FastoAi artificial intelligence engine restricts certain uses, such as sharing unlimited account login details with others in lieu of monetary gain, and considers such activities illegal. One seat is basically for one user only, and multiple users on the same account are not allowed. Thus, our system detects this behavior and automatically adjusts certain settings temporarily based on abnormal, heavy usage patterns for a short period of time. When such activity is detected by the system, you may notice a decrease in output quality. This usually goes away on its own with the resumption of the monthly cycle.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on Service FastoAi.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service FastoAi or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Protection of confidential information

We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
